Los Santos County Sheriff's Department
The Los Santos County Sheriff's Department (LSSD) is one of the two departments you can transfer to after proving yourself in the LSPD. It broadens your beat to cover both the city and the wider county that surrounds it.
Who They Are
Modelled on the real-world Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the LSSD is a county sheriff's office. It offers a different flavour of policing to the LSPD, with its own identity, uniforms, and vehicles.
Jurisdiction
The LSSD's jurisdiction is Zone 2, covering both the city of Los Santos and Los Santos County. This gives you a noticeably broader patrol area than the LSPD, spanning the urban centre as well as the suburban and outlying areas that surround it.
Serving in the LSSD
