How to reach our staff team for support and report a player, both in-game and on Discord.
Stuck on something, run into a problem, or just have a question? Our staff team is here to help. Whether you need technical support, have a question about the rules, or want to report another player, there is always a way to reach us.
The quickest way to get support is through our Discord server. Head to the support ticket channel, open a new ticket, and a member of our staff team will be with you as soon as one is available. Tickets are private between you and staff, so you can comfortably share details, screenshots, or recordings.

Join Our DiscordIf you are in-game and witness a player breaking the rules, you can report them on the spot without leaving the server. Use the /report command in the chat box to send a report straight to the staff team — every available staff member is notified instantly so they can respond.
For anything that needs more detail, evidence, or a follow-up — such as a ban appeal or a report you cannot file in-game — open a support ticket on our Discord and our team will take it from there.
